This class is the 3rd of 4 in the second volume of my "Level One Pole Series". It is highly recommended that you complete the first volume one series before taking this class. It is available on my website JeniJanover.com
This class was recorded on Nov. 30th 2022 and is a repurposed live class. We reviewed a very active body wave, and put the pole on spin to work our stabilizer muscles .
Then we took that idea to a beautiful hipwave.
we did a quick explanation to the pas de burre'
It's time to climb . we did Jen's signature climb ..... and its epic.
we also did a fireman spin but again with extensive cueing and muscle activation.
we started a passe dismount, with the focus on the bent leg not the sweeping leg.
