WEEK THREE: NOW THE FUN BEGINS AND WE GET DIRTY & How do you EXPLORE WHAT WE KNOW
12:30pm Intro
This week is gonna be a little different, don't worry we are going to learn new content, and hopefully end on the pole with one of my signature standing illusions splits……
However what I'm gonna teach you is how to explore what you already learned in week one & week two.
Often we are giving a blanket statement of just “explore your movement vocabulary” with little to no direction as to how to do that.
Wouldn't it be great if you could just get actual action list of instructions? That is exactly what I'm going to do. I'm going to take some ideas that we have already looked at and we're going to embellish on those ideas.
We might even learn an actual sequence :0 However how you embellish your sequence is going to be completely up to you. We will learn how repetition creates mastery & cleaner movement pathways allowing for further exploration. We are going to slow it down again the class will build off of what you have already learned.
For this class you are going to need something to record yourself on other than what you are watching me on. It is important that you can go back and watch these recordings and refined things you like and discard the things that you don’t.
If you have time, please review the fallowing:
twisting dip turn, dip turn to the knees, dip turn on the knees
float , float to the knees , forward shoulder roll w/ base of the pole, and the outside arm pirouette. (time stamp 57:00 )
The majority of the floor work ideas that we are doing come directly from the Liquid Motion 1.0 certification training and the majority of the pole ideas come from Liquid Motion Pole certification training.
Remember if you sign up for both trainings you get 25% off (coupon code CERT25); if you sign up for one training, you get 20% off (coupon code CERT20).
