WEEK ONE - The Basics
We will learn a INTRO LEVEL FLOOR WORK phase without the pole.
Then we will learn how to adapt it to the pole. NOT choreography but how to see and recognize where, when and what adjustments need to be made & added.
We will take one standing skill and adapt it to not only our decent to the floor but learn how to deconstruct it to around the base, and…….. then use it to get back to our feet.
We will learn how to access the Epic Twat shot, and some hand ass play….. WTF LOL if so desired. We will look at hand articulation, rotation and pivoting. OMG i need two hours lol .
