Liquid Motion Pole Level 1 4 Week Series Volume 2
This is a level one class intended to teach new students or reteach level one foundational skills. Your level one pole class is the most important class you can take. This is where you learn your foundation. In this class we will be no inverting of any kind however we will prepare you. Is highly recommended that you take Pole level one 4 weeks series volume one, before attempting to try volume two. In volume two we will look at The signature Liquid motion climb, conditioning and the Liquid Motion waist hold, we will look at pirouettes, airborne spins and of course proper muscle activation to support the skeleton to create efficient and fluid movement. IMPORTANT NOTE: content will overlap from week to week in classes and also from volume to volume because proficiency is created through repetition.
